The son of an older Client called him to sell his Parents’ condo, now a ruin of what it used to be.
Gilbert made no effort to conceal his distaste of the property’s condition before him.
However, felt some other agent could have a Buyer for such property.
“Let’s put it on the market right away!” – cried the Seller eagerly
“Oh, not in this condition! Never.” – protested Gilbert. “No sane Buyer would have anything to do with this. First you must remove things, shampoo, scrub, vacuum, paint, fix, upgrade – and so much more”
“But, bbbut, suppose we still won’t have a Buyer?”
“In that case” said Gilbert – “you can always dirty it up again, no problem.”
