We never wanted to hear facts about his company, his past clients, and his services. All of these would not provide us with anything we couldn’t learn from his website. Harris was painfully direct: he had the knowledge to show us what we need, gave us an understanding of why we were not producing the results we deserved, had clarity on how to pursue better outcomes, showed us how to make an effective decision, and how to be certain we will succeed.
And – boy! – did we. Nine offers and $62.000- over our asking price!
Oh, yeah – all these “in the worst real estate market since 2008”. NOT for us!
