In Real Estate, as in life, it’s quite hard…
… because sometimes you might not know where the lines are between these three.  You might think you are delivering something good and fast, that is NOT cheap, but in reality, maybe you aren’t getting paid that much.
Good and Cheap is NOT Fast
Good and cheap – this is not going to be finished fast.
Good and Fast is NOT Cheap
For top shelf quality performance in a short period of time, they should have a good budget.
Yes, you get what you pay for.
Cheap and Fast in Real Estate is for sure NOT Good
I haven’t done many projects that demand a “cheap and fast” result, because, at the end of the day, we are talking here about your most important asset.
There truly is no place for Fast and Cheap in Real Estate.
