Many years ago, I went on one of my first listing consultations monologues, in Richmond
For the first two hours I didn’t stop talking.
The subject was me, how great I am, and all the magical incredible things I’m going to do for the Sellers.
Finally, I paused.
“Okay. I’ve spoken enough, now it’s your turn…” – I said to the mortified Sellers
“So! What do you think about ME…?”

I tell you folks, it’s harder than it looks
