I Felt Protected at All Times

I am Tony Yang, a First Time Home Buyer, and hopefully a future Real Estate Investor
Briefly, about my experience with Harris:

1. Very professional, able to quickly fill the client in on a lot of things regarding Real Estate.
   No bias, able to point out downsides of the properties instead of a “hot sale” to the client.
2. Able to spot potential problems for the property and warn the client regarding it.
   Identifies and points out drawbacks and positive features as well.
3. Very Familiar with Richmond inside out, able to direct the Client anywhere near the property, able to point out where free and secure parking is available. Knows every back street, every lane, every backdoor of every building.
4. Super reliable, 100% honest, always on time. No question here.
5. Listens to what the Client says, and then provides options and multiple solutions, very efficient.
   Always on the Client’s side, I felt protected at all times, reminded what the next step is, with options on how to approach it.
6. Harris lives and breathes Real Estate. Nothing else matters to him.
   You should check out his license plate… R3ALT R!!! His passion for people is obvious.
7. Super strong negotiation skills; always would fill the Client with plenty of information, allowing for informed, educated decisions.
8. 100% trustworthy, definitely going to ask Harris to be my agent next time, hopefully soon.
