Wednesday I Feel Better Just For Spite

My Mom sent me two new ties, as a birthday gift.
Later on, as the Family gathers for the first time in months,
I was happy to show my Mother that I’m wearing one of the ties.
My Mom took a long judgmental look at me, and said:
“So, what’s wrong with the other one?”
