Harris went above and beyond any expectations we held for an agent
We first met Harris through his mail out campaign of sending his Family Christmas card to Lions Towers owners. When his first Christmas card arrived a few years ago, we had to take a moment to realize that this was not someone we knew, but the card was so personable we displayed it along with those from family and friends. We watched Harris’ family grow and change over the past few years since receiving that first annual card and they became so familiar to us that we kept the card year to year as a reminder of who we could seek out when we were ready to sell our Lions Towers Studio.
In late 2017 we were almost ready to sell and for the first time we contacted Harris. Circumstances changed and we held off on selling, but Harris’ prompt replies to our emails during that period, further cemented for us that this was a agent we would consider using in the future. Well, that future came this year, 2019. When we told Harris, we were ready to list our property and would like to interview him to be our agent, he mailed us a package of details about himself and about selling our property, so we were well prepped on what to expect of him. We finally met Harris in person March 2nd, 2019 and from the first moment it was as if we were chatting with an old friend. Harris came to that interview fully prepared for every conceivable question. His charts, graphs, and researched information about our property helped us to set our listing price. Not perhaps the price we would have suggested, but the research Harris showed us helped us to realize that if we wanted to sell then the price range that grew out of that research was realistic. Our condo was listed on the MLS within days of that meeting and received a solid offer one week later, an offer that had subjects removed two days after we accepted it, with a closing date of just ten days after that. The icing on the cake, the offer came in at $5,000- above our asking price.
Throughout this whirlwind of activity, Harris was a solid resource, updating us at each step of the process, from listing, to offer, to closing, and possession. Harris had outlined for us much more in his plan for promoting our property, none of which were required, but all of which led us to believe he would work exhaustively to sell our property in a timely manner. From that first meeting on March 2nd to the closing of the sale on March 26th, Harris went above and beyond any expectations we held for a agent. All this in a “soft” real estate market.
We highly recommend Harris First for your next agent, and thank him for making our Lions Studio sale such an easy and successful one.

Thank you, Harris!
