Yes, sometimes they pop up. So what?
Even though the generic line of thought in Vancouver’s Real Estate is “bigger is better”
The answer is: IT DEPENDS
~850 sf, higher floor asking $900.000-. Great, isn’t it? NOT.
Just adding square feet doesn’t make it a home. An 80 sq ft den may not be the answer to everyone’s prayers – unless it makes sense. It does not. I hope I’m wrong, and I hope I will report this being sold at 6.00-PM, on August 10^th, when they are ambitiously collecting Offers. I’ll be the “First” one to say “I was wrong”, if the case is.
