WHAT A GUY!
We first met Harris at a listing of his in White Rock.
Very professional, very accommodating.
We were just window shopping at the time, but he didn’t mind.
We didn’t buy that property and wanted to wait awhile before looking at any more.
Harris did not bother us during that time, just a few emails of some good deals in the White Rock Area. Very discreet. We knew then and there Harris was to be our agent when we will be ready.
A few months later we contacted Harris again and boom, he was there, smiling, looking sharp, very good guy.
We told him what and where and when we wanted and he took over, he really looked after us and thanks to Harris we found our new home in less than a week.
He was on top of every detail, working extremely well with our mortgage broker as well as overcoming with a smile some other difficult situations.
He is an excellent negotiator, and he listens to your needs.
