The way our relationship began is a true testament to Harris’ work ethic and commitment to his profession: I called him on a gorgeous 17 C degree sunshine Sunday afternoon – no answer. Voicemail left, and 2 minutes later I got a call back from him.
This was the 3rd property/agent I called that afternoon.
What set Harris apart was the fact that he instantly called back/answered his phone.

I’m a first time homebuyer, purchasing a place for my parents. I’m 27 and knew (past tense) nothing about the real estate. Harris was upfront, empathetic, and a saviour! He enabled me to fulfill a decade and a half old wish – to have a place my parents could call their own.

Not only this, but he also missed a party of his son (also named Andrew) because of the deal. Being a first time home buyer, I was fraught with worry and questions – Harris calmly addressed and answered all of these – sometimes late at night when a particular issue dawned on me.

I honestly believe that had I not been so fortunate (Yes, I’m the fortunate one here) to have found Harris that fateful Sunday, the deal would never have been made, and providing security and peace-of-mind to my ageing parents would have remained only a dream.

To Harris, you have no idea how much you mean to me.
You have given me the best gift of all – a sense of accomplishment.
You are not my agent, you – are Family.
