With the arrival of our first baby, we saw the need for a bigger place but the idea seemed overwhelming, especially in the midst of a pandemic. Nonetheless, we reached out to Harris for advice as we knew we could trust his business knowledge. Our main concern was selling our then-current place and buying a new one in less than two months ahead of our baby’s due date. The idea of having a newborn and all the challenges that come as new parents and no place to stay was terrifying, a temporary rental would have added so much stress! Though Harris or anyone couldn’t guarantee we will find the place we wanted on time, we knew we had a great chance with Harris’ competency and guidance.
Harris helped us find our dream (first) place years ago and so we knew we could trust in his work ethic.

We are very grateful to Harris as not only our apartment sold within two days for the price we wanted, but we also purchased a beautiful apartment in the area we always wanted at a lower than requested price with a possession date of two weeks ahead of our last day at the old apartment.
