… and – yes – Leo Agents, being the rare breed that they are, get the best
After the sale of their property, my Client was particularly impressed with my negotiating skills
“Harris is an inspired man!” she told her husband at the Party I was invited as well
“Well, you like his work this much, you should tell him; here is Harris.”
After a few drinks, the Lady Client comes over and shakes my hand
“I especially want to tell you that your negotiating skills are marvelous!” she gushed
“In fact, you should have them published in a book.”
What else one can do, but smile?
“Well, I can’t help but admit that I am flattered.
But, to be perfectly frank, there maybe are other agents with skills similar to mine.
Even better, who knows?”
“Nonsense!!!”
“Well then, perhaps my book about negotiating in real estate will be published after my obituary”
“Oh, that would be wonderful!!!!” cried my lady Client
“Let’s hope this will happen real soon!”
