Your positive outlook, persistent attitude and meticulous attention to details all worked out toward not just one but three incredible offers! Of course we just needed one that came with a high score loan approval.
I remember that we padded up the listing price with a possibility of a further reduction down the road if it sits longer in the market. But we got 100% what it was listed for in less than a month so we are so delighted after the fact.
I’m sure the buyer got a very good value for their money. I’m going to miss this unit at The Lions Towers.
