Just came home from my friend Willi in White Rock…
…to find my wife, Marilena on her hands and knees cleaning the floors with one of her three vacuums.
“I’m here to help you, my dear” – I whisper
“Oh, no!” replies Marilena
“The best way for you to help me is to go back to Willi in White Rock!”
Three hours later, I am back again and a surprised Marilena says,
“Harris, you never listen! What are you doing home??!”
To which I had to explain myself:
“Did you think I was going to help you all day?”
