Listing Consultation the other day, together with my friend and colleague Michelle
As we all sit around the living room table, we hear the Lady Seller:
“Ralph, close the window. It’s cold outside!”
Looking at the documents presented, Ralph does not move a muscle.
“Ralph, are you deaf? Would you please close the window!
I already told you – it’s cold outside!!”
To our surprise, no response.
“Ralph!” shouted our Lady Client. “This is the third time I’m asking.
Would you please be so kind and close the window?? It’s cold outside!!!”
With a grunt and a sigh, Ralph got up, went to the window and slammed it shut.
“Okay”, he grumbled as he sunk back in his chair, “so now it’s worm outside?”
