Starting July 7^th, the asking price went as follows:
$988.000- → $968.000- → $958.000- (twice) → and $899.000- now
Problem: The 2020 Vancouver City Assessment says $679.000-. Ouch!
Property purchased in October 2019 at $795.000-. Darn.
Residences on Georgia is built in 1998, with the East Tower at 1200 West Georgia, all between Bute and Jervis.
