As one can see, a little all over the place here.
Also, there’s no point to say your unit is 525 sq ft, when – in fact – it is 445. Same goes for your 2-Bed, it is 750 sq ft, no need to pretend it’s 810. Any Tenant, after two showings at The Lions will recognize that.
And the relationship should – ALWAYS – be more important than the transaction.
